Deadline for registration is March 15, 2007.
Upon the receipt of the registration form the Congress Secretariat will confirm your registration and bookings via e-mail.
Terms of the payment
Registration fee must be paid in advance to the Congress Secretariat according to the respective confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Please mark the preferred form of payment on your registration form. Participant’s name, number of the confirmation as well as “ISAH” must be marked on the payment order.
Note: Please be sure that all the bank-processing costs are borne by the remitter and full amount should be received; the organisers will not cover processing costs.
In order to guarantee your registration, all fees should be paid in advance i.e. before the Congress, by March 15 at the latest. After this date all registrations being not guaranteed with a respective payment will be cancelled.
Please note that only papers from authors who are registered participants and have paid the registration fee will be published in the Congress Proceedings.
Cancellations and Changes
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Frens Conference Services no later than March 15, 2007. Registration fees will be refunded until that date. There will be no refund for cancellation made after March 15, 2007. In all cases, payment handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
