Poster Presentation
Poster presentation is located in the foyers of Vanemuise Concert Hall close to the area where coffee breaks are taking place. Poster stands are numbered with the letter of the session and a sequence number (following the alphabetic order of the first authors). Poster authors will find their poster number in the final programme. This stand on the mentioned day should be used for the poster presentation. The authors of different sessions should present their posters for one day. Posters can be set up and have to be removed by the poster authors at times indicated in the final programme.
The schedule for posters and their presentation is as follows:
- Monday, June 18, author(s) present on site at 15.20-16.30
Poster sessions A1, A2 and A3
- Tuesday, June 19, author(s) present on site at 15.20-16.00
Poster sessions B1, B2 and C
- Wednesday, June 20, author(s) present on site at 15.20-16.30
Poster sessions E1, E2, F and G
The authors are expected to present their poster during the afternoon Coffee break and Poster presentation times by being present on site at least during the period of time indicated in the schedule above. Additional presence during lunch and morning coffee break is, of course, possible.
Poster size should not exceed 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height). As poster stands will be numbered with poster numbers, it could be easy for the authors to find them.
Posters can be attached on the poster stands with special tape that will be provided (together any other necessary tools) by the Congress Secretariat on site.
