All prices above are in Estonian kroons, fixed currency rate being 1 EUR=15, 62 EEK. Taxes and breakfast are included in the room rate.
Please use the Congress registration form to make your accommodation reservation and indicate your hotel and room preference from the list above. Congress Secretariat will confirm your reservation by fax or e-mail and payment for the hotel will be handled according to that confirmation. If you prefer a different type of room, please ask the Secretariat for quotation.
Please note that a special price has been negotiated for your benefit. Special price is valid only if paid full in advance to the Congress Secretariat by March 15, 2007. All reservations that are not guaranteed with advance payment will be cancelled on March 15. However, if you would like to pay a regular price upon arrival in the hotel, Secretariat can handle the reservation for you.
Given the fact that the number of rooms available in individual hotels is limited, the accommodation will be allocated on a first-come first served basis. In case the room and/or hotel you have chosen are not available Congress Secretariat will contact you to make an alternative suggestion.
Accommodation cancellation and refund policy
All cancellations must be sent to Congress Secretariat in writing either by fax (+372 6 979 201) or by e-mail (conference@frens.ee). Upon receipt of this request, the Congress Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing. Accommodation reservations can be cancelled or changed before March 15, 2007.
In case of cancellations or changes after that date or no-shows there may be penalty fees by the hotels.
